What You’ll Do


  • Assist clients with Customer Service related and defined functions, including answering inbound client calls for ACH phone payments, general servicing related questions including general questions related to escrow, taxes and insurance as well as payment options and billing information.

  • Participates in department daily functions and duties, including mailed payment processing, processing of ServiceNow tickets (Internal Task assignment System), set up of ACH monthly payments.  

  • Participates and completes required Compliance and special trainings as assigned.

Qualifications


  • 1-3 years directly related customer service experience

  • Call Center Experience

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Overtime may be required
