Who we are looking for

As part of the GD Transact BSA Team, you will be a critical member of our configuration team working to configure and implement our new banking platform, Transact. You will work closely with our Product and Technology teams to understand what is needed to create a platform for the future as part of our banking modernization program. You will work closely with our business partners globally to deliver analysis and readiness steps to support the development, testing, and implementation for the migration to Transact. You will be involved in all steps of configuration, setup and testing, including BUAT and UAT testing.

What you will be responsible for

As a Business Analyst, you will

• Configure each company on Transact, including testing and support as code it promoted between environments


• Attend daily Agile meetings and collaborate with Product and Technical teams to understand each story and what is needed for configuration


• Support testing and review in Production for each release into Production over the weekend


• Create job aids and SOP's for each company as we migrate from our legacy systems to Transact


• Analyze and review business requirements documents and understand how they pertain to configuration activities


• Ensure adherence to program governance and change control protocols for a risk averse release and implementation


• Drive operational readiness activities such as workflow design, process documentation (SOPs), playbook creation, training and risk controls.

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years in Financial Industry


• Microsoft Office

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $75,400 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
