Description:

Royal has an exciting opportunity to join its Lake Area Mortgage location in Arden Hills, MN as an Administrative Support Specialist.  This position provides support for the entire Lake Area Mortgage team by welcoming and serving Members, guests, and team members in person or on the phone. This role provides exceptional service whether in person or on the telephone through warm and friendly interactions, embracing Royal’s Core Values. The individual provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including greeting and transferring Members to the appropriate area or person and performing basic marketing tasks while maintaining complete confidentiality.

 

Work Schedule:

Full-time hours Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM onsite at the Arden Hills Lake Area Mortgage office.

 

***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm for two days at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. Reimbursement for travel and/or lodging is provided.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Two (2) years’ of customer service experience

  • Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.

 Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • Previous work experience in Mortgage Origination, Real Estate, or within a Financial Institution.

  • Previous experience working in a financial institution.
