Prepare and analyze the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly summary cost report, labor reports, and monthly quantities
Track and report project status on monthly/weekly basis
Supervise subcontractors, service agreements, purchase orders, change orders and contract modifications
Initiate and create forecast projection and cost code structure at the beginning of each job
Keep track of quantities executed and quantities to be executed in all project activities
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
