We are looking for an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager. Our customer base consists of hundreds of engineers who continually provide us with complex problems to be solved. This operation is a key foundation upon which our creative products and services are delivered. You should enjoy working in an energizing environment where speed and flexibility is key to success. As a member of our Service Management & Procurement team, you will drive a variety of technical projects spanning development, implementation, and ongoing operations.

What you'll be doing:


  • Enhance existing and develop incremental reporting of data center capacity lease activities.


  • Support DC site selection process with creation of Cash Flows (forecast of financial need for lease term), assist in analysis of RFI/RFP responses


  • Track burn down of lease purchase orders, ensure alignment of invoiced line items to accurate vendor PO


  • Conduct business reviews with lease providers. Ensure QBR takeaways and outcomes are incremented into Nivdia lease process. Drive visibility and reporting for relevant measures and metrics.


  • Provide leadership to collaborate with internal customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value


  • Provide excellent analytical skills, including the ability to articulate problems, recognize trends and patterns, build models and concisely present findings and recommendations. Expose business exceptions and unfavorable outcomes in terms of the underlying data, build views to monitor these exceptions over time.


  • Exhibit creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view


  • Demonstrate strong time management with an ability to handle challenging demands


  • Cultivate substantial collaboration across a highly matrixed environment across geographical boundaries including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Developers, Business Analysts, Business Owners and Service Owners


  • Oversee with Contractor Management process - forecasting of needs, management of POs/invoices/burndown, HR onboarding



What we need to see:

  • Understanding of analyzing and modeling spend over time, standard enterprise financial processes, procurement processes, and inventory management


  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successfully driving analysis and supporting analytics needs of an enterprise infrastructure


  • Possess outstanding planning, risk management, and organizational skills


  • Possess superb interpersonal and multi-functional communication; ability to present and persuade at all levels


  • Have 5+ years of process ownership on multiple complex engineering or IT projects and service management


  • BS/BA (or equivalent experience).

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
