About the position

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care corporate team, as well as our franchisees as they make an impact in communities across the country. As the Director of Creative Services, you will guide, develop, and execute creative and branding standards for all company materials, including advertising, marketing, signage, and training materials. You will lead a Creative Services team, collaborate with other members of the marketing team on initiatives, and provide strategic insights and creative oversight for key creative functions. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, design, mass/multimedia, communications, business, or a related field


• Demonstrated creative oversight and/or brand management experience with direct management of in-house team and vendors


• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong team management skills


• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and web-based protocols


• Process driven but creative and innovative


• Detail oriented


• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives


• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently


• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
