We are searching for a Sr. Financial Analystjoin our growing finance team.
The Sr. Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for the budget planning, forecasting, monthly activity reports and other ad-hoc analysis that supports the executive management team. This position will be expected to offer insights and financial advice that will allow the leadership team to make the best business decisions for the company.
Responsibilities include:
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information. Developing trends and projections for the companys finances.Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management while recommending further courses of action on future business decisions.Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets throughout the company and different departments.Developing strategies for cost reduction opportunities and working to minimize financial risk.Promote, develop, and coordinate Business Intelligence projects for the Finance Department.Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following competences
Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and education.Minimum of 6 years auditing experience.Previous experience managing a team.General experience in an industrial / similar company.Strong proficiency in computer technology and general accounting applications is a must.Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills are a must.Exceptional research and reporting skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to occasionally travel.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
