Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across the enterprise to support strategic decision making.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and paginated reports that provide actionable insights across the enterprise to support strategic decision making


• Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross functional partners across multiple departments understand to understand data requirements and transform complex data sources into meaningful visualizations


• Collaborate with Software Developers on shared data models using SQL


• Collaborate with Software Developers to gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency


• Develop automated reporting processes to streamline the distribution of reports and insights to relevant stakeholders


• Optimize existing reports and dashboards for speed and efficiency, ensuring a seamless user experience


• Create documentation for reports, data sources, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable solutions


• Provide training and support to end-users to help them maximize the value of Power BI reports and dashboards


• Manage dataflows and dataset in Power BI

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree


• 5+ years’ experience in field or related area


• Advanced level computer technology skills


• 3+ years’ experience in Power BI including managing dataflows and datasets


• Advanced SQL Querying


• Data normalization


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment


• Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of property management operational programs and services

Work Schedule:  8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
