Housekeeping

As housekeeping, you work to maintain detailed cleanliness of common areas, office spaces, bathrooms, lobbies, and other necessary interior or exterior areas of the community. You play a critical role in ensuring guests visit a clean cared-for community, and residents love where they call home.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas, and make-ready apart homes.




• Vacuums, dust, and sweeps all common area floor areas including hallways.




• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers

• Cleans and maintains model apartment homes.




• Keeps all common areas and vacant apartments fresh and odorless.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.




• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality or similar environment is a plus.




• Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
