The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for Accounts Payable function including the execution of controls related to approvals, data entry, and processing payments of invoices received. The AP Associate is also responsible for monitoring the shared AP Email Account and respond timely to internal and external requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review shared email account for vendor invoices and internal and external requests / inquires.


• Coordinate invoice routing to Shared Service Team for voucher entry. Review and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams for invoice exceptions.


• Data entry of vendor invoices for payment processing.


• Assist with preparation of wire, ACH, and check payments.


• Account setup and maintenance of system vendor account numbers, addresses, and factor relationships.


• Develop and maintain relationships with Accounting team and various departments to ensure visibility to applicable expenditures culminating in month-end review.


• Maintain and verify credits/debits on vendor accounts.


• Review and follow-up on vendor statements to ensure invoices are processed.


• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications Include:

• High school degree or equivalent


• Experience in office environment with strong, basic computer and typing skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication to internal and external contacts


• Positive attitude and good team player


• Microsoft Excel skills
