Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Performance Analyst conducts a variety of task-oriented, analytical functions to monitor the Clinical Operations staff performance standards. The analyst documents relevant impacts to service-level standards and overall performance, and facilitates action steps to ensure metrics are met on a daily and interval basis This position collaborates with various departments within Clinical Operations (Clinical Quality, Utilization, Referral, Case and Disease Management), and other TriWest points of contact to identify and resolve performance issues.
Education & Experience
Required:
• Associate's degree or equivalent background
• Minimum of one year of workforce performance management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
Preferred:
• Previous workforce performance management experience in a health care field
Key Responsibilities
• Generates daily clinical operations dashboards for on time delivery
• Generates error free Performance Bonus Reports for on time delivery
• Monitors real time Clinical Operation department standards and performance for timeliness, accuracy and overall contract metrics
• Utilizes performance data, recommends, future and real time, action steps to ensure clinical operation standards are met and/or exceeded
• Processes overall department, individual unit, and/or individual staff member performance measurement via real time, daily, weekly, monthly reports
• May develop or assist in the creation, development and maintenance of internal database system(s) to support the tracking and reporting on organization performance measures, costs, and/or other specialized data; verify accuracy and completeness of data to ensure data integrity
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Comprehensive knowledge of workforce management software, principles and application of quality metrics; Proficient applying appropriate data analysis processes
