Job Description:

The Database Reporting Analyst position is accountable for overseeing the processing and shipment of high quality fulfillment deliverables, assuring on time completion and providing superior customer service while working in a collaborative team environment. The person in this role will recommend and implement improvements for departmental processes and work closely with internal and external clients to ensure we maintain Equifax's commitment to providing outstanding customer service. In addition, you will also work on special projects throughout the year including complex deliverables and/or supporting cloud-based transformation projects, for other fulfillment and delivery teams.

What you'll do


  • Accountable for overseeing the processing and shipment of high quality fulfillment deliverables and providing superior customer service while working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Responsible for recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Provide expertise and support of special projects such as complex deliverables and cloud-based transformation projects.
  • Provides support to other fulfillment teams as needed.
  • Drives execution across the project lifecycle of customer solutions with the goal of ensuring 100% accuracy and the on time delivery of data back to the customer.
  • Responsible for analyzing and understanding customer specifications in order to design and implement the most efficient data processing based on system capabilities.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of developer code and can validate or make edits to SAS, C++, Perl, Shell Scripting, SQL, Big Query, XML.
What experience you need

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, or higher level education (Computer Science or Mathematics preferred)
  • 5+ years of working knowledge of data management solution technologies is preferred (i.e. SQL, Linux/Unix, XML, ETL tools, etc.).
  • 1+ years of working knowledge with BigQuery.
  • 2+ years and demonstrated proficiency in Jira with specific knowledge on creating sprints, maintaining backlogs and report configuration/creation.
  • Proven ability to coordinate operational activity across teams within acceptable quality and time service measures.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and assignments at a time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with internal and external clients to obtain and/or document project requirements, probe for additional details, and remove ambiguities in project requirements.
  • Consistent with Equifax's 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax's Atlanta-based office
