The Floor Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hardsurfaces and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, bonneting) in areas that include offices, patient rooms, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas such as cafeterias.
