What You’ll Do:
Lead project management for Wintrust Mortgage. Directs teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution and approval. Manages and directs overall project team activities and monitors progress, including project health, capacity planning, developing and mentoring staff, and internal process improvement activity. Builds partnerships with Enterprise PMO and ensures alignment with change management process. Ensures project sponsors are prepared for requirements related to Initiatives Committee (IC) and Change Committee (CHGC).
Provide management and oversight of business management functions including acquisition management, business process improvement, facilities, reception, vendor management, business continuity, policy/procedures and technology. Responsible for the oversight and management of the Wintrust Mortgage SharePoint site.
Provide support to build out strategies and/or roadmaps
Communicates effectively with Executive team across multiple channels. Prepares Executive Management Reports that articulate plans, status and complex issues concisely and create transparency with Executive team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
7-10+ years of management experience
Mortgage experience preferred
Proven Leader
Experience working project management framework (methodology, techniques, tools)
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; able to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building with all levels of the business
Established track record of execution/delivery in a complex environment
Analytical and process-oriented mindset; strong critical thinking and decision making skills
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and engage others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
