Position Title:   Warehouse Associate / Driver / CDL

Position Summary: 

Fulfill all aspects of warehouse

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive product

• Ensure product is available for fulfillment of orders

• Check RF for wave/orders that have been assigned to individual

• Fill orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Verify product pulled against pick ticket

• Carefully package product for shipment

• Ensure product is destined for correct location

• Stock shelves daily

• Maintain aisles and product organized and clean

• Operate truck according to federal, state, and local laws, as well as company safety procedures

• Properly maintain delivery truck

• Deliver all material correctly with a positive attitude

Knowledge and Skills:

To accomplish the functions and responsibilities the following skill sets must be present:

 

• Ability to receive and ship product accurately

• Capable of operating a forklift (sit-down and order selector)

• Ability to work with RF equipment

• Knowledge of basic math

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

• Current Driver’s License

• One year of related experience as a CDL driver

• Ability to operate various warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, pallet wrap machine, wire cutter, etc.

 

Forklift and prior hauling experience preferred.  Large box truck experience a plus due to truck size.

 

Oil and Gas experience a plus.

Physical Demands: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 lbs. and up to 25 lbs. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 100 lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material.

Every employee will take a proactive approach to ensure the safety of themselves, their co-workers, the environment and the general public.  All FZ safety policies will be followed and all safety meetings/training are mandatory.

Work Environment:

Requirements for this position are in a warehouse environment with temperature dependent on season. Receiving hours vary to meet our customers’ demands, shifts include from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
