Director, Global Partner Operations at Tricentis USA Corp.

Job Description:

In this high-growth, execution-focused company, the Director of Global Partner Operations will support our Partner Organization through process improvement, operational execution, and strategic operational and commercial guidance. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Revenue Operations, this is an opportunity to partner closely with executives and senior leadership to help shape the growth trajectory of a fast-growing, market-leading, pre-IPO software company.

As the Director of Global Partner Operations, you will:


  • Build, lead, and manage a team of global partner operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management, while serving as both a player and coach


  • Work with GTM Operations and Partner program leadership teams to develop and implement the operational infrastructure and strategy to drive the channel business forward


  • Support the annual planning process for the partner and alliances organization, with specific focus on performance targets across teams, geos and products.


  • Lead an analytics operating cadency with Partner Leadership to effectively manage the business across forecast reviews, pipeline analysis, and a variety of channel performance insights


  • Consistently make data driven recommendations to the business to help improve productivity and performance with actionable insights


  • Consistently identify and implement automation components into processes through the evaluation of our tech stack to drive efficiencies and enable Tricentis to have frictionless engagements with its Partners


  • Manage and optimize the Partner onboarding and deal registration process, including oversight and business requirement ownership of our partner management platform


  • Develop and implement operational recommendations for Partner business planning, reporting, scorecards and quarterly reviews


  • Assist GTM Operations, Sales and FP&A leaders in developing productivity insights and models which can inform resourcing plans


  • Work with Partner Marketing to ensure seamless and comprehensive communication is established with the Partner ecosystem


  • Own and monitor all internal rules of engagement and attribution with partner involved business that guide the rhythm in which the internal field teams engage and collaborate with each other


  • Create operational excellence and optimization through best practice sharing and process adoption across the Revenue organization


  • Deliver consistent and structured communication that is timely and effective to all cross-functional stakeholders


  • Develop strong working relationships and planning programs with internal Business Application teams to design new and optimize current workflows.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of related work experience required, ideally in a publicly traded, or $100M+ ARR SaaS company.


  • 5+ years of strategic field Partner strategy and operations experience


  • Experience building and managing high performing teams


  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match, vlookup, table formulas, and pivot tables)


  • Experience with data modeling and analysis.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Preference for familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, Clari, Tableau or PowerBI


  • Experience working with Partner Organizations, as well as Direct Field Sales, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, Planning and Operations.


  • Ability to self-manage, scope, prioritize & communicate operational work deliverables.


  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base.


  • Experience working in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.


  • Experience working with system architects, Data Warehouse and BI developers, translating business requirements into technical language and ensuring effective QA / UAT of data solution delivery.


  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.


  • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
