Job Title: Retail Merchandiser - Scotty Cameron Gallery

Salary Range: $60,000/annual - $75,000/annual; plus bonus eligibility

Summary: Plays a critical role in supporting the Merchandising Manager by assisting with the development, execution and analysis of merchandising strategies that align with the company's objectives

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of merchandising plans that align with the brand's image and messaging. Continually helps develops and execute eye-catching window and Gallery product presentations.


• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and sales data to identify opportunities for product assortment and placement. Conduct market analysis and provides insights and recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Design, and Sales to develop and launch new products. Coordinates with sourcing, vendors and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.


• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and make recommendations for product promotions.


• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays for Gallery and events. Assist with managing inventory levels and replenishment to meet sales demands. Manage and maintain the product level database and ensure accuracy of product information.


• Assist with budget planning and forecasting for merchandising. Supports the Gallery Manager with any other tasks or projects as needed.


• Interfaces with customers as needed and assists them personally or guides the to the appropriate sales associate.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.


• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in merchandising, preferably in a luxury retail setting.


• Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for more than eight (8) hours a day. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and carry boxes up and down stairs.


• Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Familiarity with inventory management systems and databases Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Retail Pro. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
