Your Role: Global Talent Development Consultant - US Pet Health

Work Location: Global Elanco Headquarters - Greenfield, IN - Hybrid Work Environment  

The Global Talent Consultant will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning and development activities for individual contributors and people leaders that build critical capabilities to achieve business results and support professional growth and development. This role will be focused on creating and optimizing effective, clear, and engaging learning experiences within Pet Health that drive high performance and results.
 

You Will:


  • Design, develop and deliver learning and development experiences that address skills gaps and align to Pet Health’s priorities and business objectives.


  • Deploy existing talent development programs to reach additional Pet Health employees and leaders,


  • Develop and launch new programming to address unmet needs, where necessary.


  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities, core metrics, and effectiveness assessments for leadership and learning experiences.


  • Translate learning experience data into insights to continually iterate and improve learning experiences for leaders based on customer needs, shifting markets and emerging trends.


  • Effectively communicate value and business impact to various stakeholders throughout Elanco.


  • Demonstrate curiosity and creativity, continuously scanning for best practices, leading edge approaches, behavioral research, and potential partnerships to accelerate learning and growth within Elanco.


  • Actively involve employees and key stakeholders to develop, curate, and facilitate learning experiences within the L&D portfolio.


  • Partner with communication teams to strategically drive communications that articulate the value of the learning portfolio to targeted groups.


  • Support Elanco’s culture as we continue to drive a cohesive and purpose-driven view of culture transformation and reinforcement efforts.


  • Support the implementation of Elanco-wide talent development initiatives, such as leadership the leadership framework, within the US Pet Health organization.


  • Coach and qualify trainers and classroom facilitators across the enterprise to ensure optimal delivery of training programs.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or related field


  • 3-5 years progressive experience in the design and development of learning plans.


  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology-based training solutions.


  • Expertise with adult learning theory and instructional design principles including ADDIE, with demonstrated emphasis on needs assessment, Kirkpatrick levels of training evaluation, with evidence of curriculum deployment and organizational impact


  • Demonstrated facilitation skills for audiences in both individual contributor and people leader roles


  • Proven working knowledge and experience with capability development tools including assessments, coaching/mentoring models, and high potential development practices


  • Working knowledge of LMS administration including course design, testing and learning plan administration


This role will report to the Sr. Director of Global Talent Development with a dotted line to the US Pet Health HR Strategic Business Partner.
