Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop instruction for basic electrical maintenance processes (Blueprint reading, PLC operation and programing, Pneumatics / Hydraulics, Wiring- control / relay, Components and Applied mathematics).
• Maintain knowledge of related tools, equipment, and processes to be used throughout the facility.
• Design training exercises through Schaeffler software and equipment, developing lab projects, and creating skill assessments to verify effectiveness.
• Provide oversight and direction to employees in accordance with Schaeffler policies and procedures as well as assist employees in setting goals.

Your Qualifications

• Technical Electrical Degree (or related degree) or Journeyman Maintenance with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. Previous supervisory skill preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of products
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• CNC background with the PLC knowledge
