We are searching for a Manager of Business Operations -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will manage and lead the daily business and personnel activities and provide administrative support to the Director. Scrutinize all assigned financial reports and determine appropriate operational adjustments to assist with meeting departmental and hospital fiscal goals. Actively collaborate with the Director and Medical Service Chief and/or other key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of optimal quality care in a cost-effective manner, within a family-centered environment and ensure compliance with CMS billing regulations.
