Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer standing; provide updates to upper management in timely manner
• Implement, improve and maintain Quality Systems; such as, DRM, COSP, Procella, Share Point, Ebinder, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and SAP.
• Maintain Customer specific requirements; update and distribute them to the Quality team.
• Approves product and process deviations and engineering change requests.
• Train employees on Quality Systems.
• Maintain and updating control of documents according to internal procedures.
• Support preparation and conduction of internal and external audits, if required.
• Lead Quality System projects throughout the plant.

Your Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
• 3 - 5 years Quality Assurance experience (Automotive industry preferred).
• Knowledgeable of AIAG supplements (PPAP, APQP, QSA, MSA, SPC, FMEA) and related industry standards
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Reliability Engineer (preferred).
• Computer literate with Microsoft applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,00 depending on experience
• Hiring Bonus: $500 paid after 90 days with an additional $500 paid after a second 90 days
