Job Description:

Pasek Security Company™, a DH Pace Company Inc., is looking to hire a Project Manager to support our Systems Integration team in our Boston location, as well as surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined, detail oriented individual to learn our project process from the ground up. Position Overview:



  • Receive and review plans (blueprints) and specifications

  • Create schedule of products (submittals), material take-offs, detailing, close-out documents using industry specific software for delivery to general contractor’s ad architects for review and approval.

  • Receive and review change orders, provide cost impact to Project Managers, as necessary. Incorporate approved change orders using industry specific software.

  • Provide technical assistance to project management, sales, and purchasing staff regarding product descriptions, use and proper application.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required. AHC & CDC credentials are desired but not required.

  • Good communication skills a must.

  • Experience reading and analyzing blueprints a plus.

  • Must possess good organizational, computer, mathematical and problem- solving skills.
