Description:

The Truterra Customer Success Specialist is responsible for Truterra Customer Success and will be focused on supporting the Truterra digital platform and related technical activities tied to ensuring our internal and retail customers are supported by a solid and stable platform. This role will include tasks tied to data and system support, troubleshooting, process improvement and general product support for the Truterra platform and associated technology solutions. The position plays a critical role in ensuring that the needs of Truterra's field teams and retailer/grower customers are met as it relates to the technology that enables their work. A key part of the role will be executing on processes centered on program execution in support of the other members of the customer operations team. Understanding of technical systems, troubleshooting issues, strong data management skills, and working with multiple technology solutions in tandem will be necessary for this role.

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Support of the product team and field team with focus on streamlining support needs and helping to define processes to provide most efficient and optimized resolution of issues.


  • Establish and build relationships with other members of the customer operations team to ensure solid collaboration and workflows


  • User acceptance testing support and execution


  • Daily communications with internal Truterra team and external customers on product updates, issues, progress, system notifications


  • Collaboration with WinField United technology resources


  • Initial troubleshooting of system and data issues as well as incident management


  • Supporting accurate service delivery to internal users and customers


  • Data quality assurance work


  • Tight collaboration with business analysts and data science and governance teams


  • Support validation of 3rd party data integrations, project planning, data mapping, pilot project support


  • Support the creation of key metrics used for tracking platform usage, issues, data progress, successful contract deliveries. Using PowerBI, salesforce, excel, ticketing systems


Required Experience & Education:


  • Bachelors degree or higher in Agriculture or related Business or equivalent work experience


  • 3+ years industry experience working in agriculture, business or technology


  • 3+ years of experience in data or business analysis/system support


  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Note, Visio)


  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think and process feedback efficiently


  • Ability to prioritize time to meet demanding deadlines


  • Experience with supporting multiple software products and developing processes to improve efficiencies


  • Product testing experience


  • Ability to work with off-shore development teams to meet deadlines of the project


  • Proven ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees and management of all levels


  • Interpersonal skills and strong networking ability


  • Preferred GIS experience and Ag Technology / Farm Management Tool exposure


  • Preferred experience in Ag Retail / Sustainable Ag / Conservation Ag

Salary is negotiable based on experience: $77,280 - $115,920
