Purpose of the Job: Oversees all operations in the warehouse (less than 4mm cases), including, but not limited to bulk, route, and transport loading and all full, good, and raw material inventory control access up to three (3) shifts 24/7.
Job Duties:
Directs the planning, strategic goals, and objectives of the warehouse department.
Performs full range of managerial duties for employees supervised including coaching/counseling, hiring, terminating, and employee development.
Provides service to sales (all loading responsibilities).
Performs inventory control (full & raw goods).
Meets staffing requirements to plan.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent and five (5) years of warehouse experience
Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
Knowledge or Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Beverage industry experience
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Three (3) years SAP experience
Physical Requirements:
Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk, stand, and sit.
Must occasionally (0%-33%) climb and lift less than 40 pounds.
