Full time, nonexempt position in Pediatrics Neurology
The Research Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of clinical trials including: screening and enrolling patients, performing study-specific questionnaires/scales as needed, coordinating follow-up visits with the clinical team, assisting with the regulatory/financial start-up process for industry-sponsored studies, submission of safety reports/adverse events to regulatory agents and sponsors, attend research related meetings and present data to principal investigators as needed, coordinate collection and submission of research samples, coordinate all study-related procedures performed on research patients, work closely with the financial and administrative teams to ensure proper invoicing of research visits/procedures to sponsors. Enrolment of patients in several clinical trials as well as data entry, conduct and scheduling of follow-up visits, and regulatory support for research studies.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Regular office hours; Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Prefer previous Clinical Research experience and previous experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Candidate be working directly with study participants/patients.
