Job Description:

Position Summary:

Work in accordance with the Director of Golf, regarding daily operations of the bag room personnel. Ensure that all Members and Guests are getting the best possible service. Responsible for all functions concerning Bag Room operations, Club owned cart operations and maintenance, Member cart servicing, and related services and activities.

Oversee all practice areas; maintain range balls and equipment under the guidelines developed and set by the Director of Golf.

Individual must be detail oriented and highly service-oriented person. Additionally, they must possess a basic knowledge of golf and the equipment used in playing the game.

Must have a technical knowledge of golf cart mechanical functions. Must be able to perform basic maintenance and servicing functions on golf carts.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma and or G.E.D. Three to six months related experience and /or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Knowledge of the game of golf and one to three years’ supervisory experience necessary.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision, training, and overseeing of all bag room personnel.


• Responsible for the supervision and training of all driving range personnel.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma and or G.E.D. three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of the game of golf and one to three years’ supervisory experience necessary.

The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
