ITT Enidine is seeking a Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing test setups, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through rigorous testing methodologies.



Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative test setups and methodologies to validate product performance and reliability for both R&D and production projects.
  • Analyze test data and provide insightful recommendations to improve product design and performance.
  • Utilize MATLAB for data analysis, signal processing, and visualization.
  • Utilize DEWESOFT data analysis hardware and software to capture test data.
  • Generate comprehensive test plans, procedures, and profiles to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
  • Utilize JIRA for issue tracking, project management, and task prioritization.
  • Leverage 3D printing technology to fabricate custom fixtures and prototypes for testing purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve execution roadblocks when required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to ITT Enidine technologies.


Qualifications

  • Minimum experience: 1 – 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test setups and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB for data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
  • Proficiency using DEWESOFT or similar systems for performing tests and analyzing data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with 3D printing technology and CAD software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and production environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated high degree of Emotional Intelligence
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as ASTM, ISO, and SAE is a plus.
