Summary:

Responsible for tracking, creating and reporting Small business plans and timely and accurate compliance of all replated reporting for Govenment contract requirements associated with our finished goods back through BOMs, Suppliers and Raw Materials. Participates in Audit and Audit prep, Reporting and Liason with Connect and Control Aerospace sites to ensure Ethical compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Small Business Plans for both Valencia and Orchard Park
  • Create new small business plans as required.
  • Submit the required twice a year ISR plans into the ESRS system.
  • Submit the annual SSR plans into the ESRS system.
  • Work with the purchasing teams to ensure that they are reaching out to and logging when they go out to quote and that we are reaching out to the SB community.
  • Research SB for common parts, commodities, and special processes.
  • Ensure that the Buyers are flowing down the proper NAICS codes on quotes and purchase orders for required buys.
  • Ensure that the self-certification business class size forms are being sent and returned to suppliers for purchase orders exceeding the required threshold under USG contracts (including under Primes).
• Sending, tracking, and managing the Annual Reps and Cert Supplier forms
  • Includes inputting or having inputted the business class size so the SSR can be completed.
  • Review returned forms to ensure no companies report as debarred, defaulted, etc.
• Managing and tracking the DFAR compliance of Specialty Metals, Buy American and Roller Balls & Bearings.
• Verify compliance for incoming quotes and orders with assistance from the various departments.
• • Maintain the log sheets.
  Assist with the managing and coordination of customer letters for supplier work transfers, work location moves and Class I product changes

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors Degree in related field or related work experince of greater than 6 years (if no Bachelors)
• 3-5 years minimum in a manufacturing or related analyst or highly structured regulated compliance role.
• Strong capabilities with microsoft office
• Department of Defense experience perferred.
• Experience creating and tracking reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
