Manage replacement parts product line within ProCast, oversee all open sales orders abd ensure timely delivery.
Communicates regularly with CSR’s and key customers on quotations and any open
Issues.
Support CSR’s on technical and commercial questions
Support special agreements and any future agreements
Communicate regularly with suppliers.
Provide special assistance on special marketing projects such as helping develop
and manage list pricing on e-Prism, etc.
Provide assistance and manage inventory shipments
Education:
2 year AA degree preferred and/or 5 years experience and/or combination of education and experience
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in the industrial pump industry (preferably the slurry pump
market)
Strong working knowledge of the Weir-Warman product line.
Parts and aftermarket sales experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize work flow.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and tactfully
with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company

Ability to demonstrate solid advanced project management and team leadership skills
