Summary
The Accountant, Sr II Svc Fin will oversee daily and monthly servicing accounting functions to assure they are completed correctly and timely as per the policies established by Accounting Department management.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises employees who generally perform less complex accounting assignments. May occasionally do the work of those supervised.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Corporate accounting and servicing. Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate findings.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related and a minimum of 5 years work Experience. Excel spreadsheet skills. Preferred accounting experience in Mortgage Industry.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine correspondence.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
