Your Key Responsibilities

The Technologist - Maintenance Electrical is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and controls to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. This multi-craft position (electrical, mechanical, and electronic) will safely provide emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance support to the operations departments.

• Additional responsibilities include Ramp up, set up and start procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
• Contribute to installation projects on site and support accountable Engineers.

• Support maintenance of technical documentation of processes and equipment.
• Comply with all safety regulations

Your Qualifications

• Must have 2 yrs. exp. with PLC programming/troubleshooting (50% troubleshooting), (prefer Siemen's PLC); CNC troubleshooting/repair
• Ability to read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.

In addition to above must have one of the following:

• 5+ years industrial maintenance in a multi-craft environment; OR

• Completed apprenticeship program and 3+ years industrial maintenance, OR
• Associate degree in Ind. Maintenance, Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, and 2+ yrs. ind. maint.
