The Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $1,500 hiring bonus for candidates who apply through 6/30/2024 and are successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $500 - 3 months of employment and all training complete, $800 - 6 months of employment.
*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.

Shifts available include Days, Evenings, Asleep or Awake Overnights and Weekends.
Our schedules do require at least one weekend shift.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills.

What Youll do
Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication managementSupport individuals to practice and maintain good hygieneRun errands such as shopping and going to appointmentsEncourage and foster individuals hobbies and interestsProvide habilitation & documentationFollow health & safety protocols

What Youll need
Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDValid drivers license and current auto insuranceReliable vehicle to transport during shiftPass all background checksFull range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
