The Call Center Representative will process incoming and outgoing scripted calls to customers, follow up on recalls, dealer maintenance and dealership specials to provide an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Process incoming service callsMaintain database integrity by ensuring verification or capturing customer informationMeet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals and call volume requirementsDirects customer calls to appropriate department as neededWork in a team oriented atmospherePerform other duties as assigned
