Business Systems Analyst, Sr. at Lynden Incorporated

Job Description:

Lynden Incorporated is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Sr., to work as part of our SeaTac based team.  You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and testing our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Workday Finance. This position requires a deep knowledge of finance and accounting ERP. This position is not safety sensitive.

  • You can be a domain expert for our financial system, Workday Finance.


    • Maintain Workday security design, configuration, business processes, workflow, and system administration.

    • Configure Workday business processes and determine best practices in entering and maintaining system data.

    • Manage and maintain all data integrations between Workday and other systems.

    • Perform detailed integration testing for Workday upgrades.

    • Support a variety of cross functional projects/initiatives serving as a resource and liaison with IT, finance sister companies.

    • Troubleshoot the deep details of an issue and resolve issues from end to end.

    • Work closely with end users to understand processes, provide guidance and recommendations. 

    • Provide training, support, coaching, technical and domain expertise to all system users.




  • You have senior level experience supporting 3rd partying software systems.

    • Software systems ranging from Financial to HRIS.

    • Lead major upgrades and installations of 3rd party software systems, coordinating the various parties involved.



What we need your resume to show us:


  • Minimum of six years Business Systems Analyst experience required.

  • Deep Knowledge of finance and accounting systems such as Workday Finance (preferred), Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics Finance, or SAP S/4 HANA.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Management, or other related field/discipline from an accredited college or university required.

 

What would be nice for your resume to show us:


  • Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server DB

  • Integration architecture and tools such as SFTP, XML, or PGP encryption

  • Microsoft Power Automate or similar RPA experience.
