Job Description:

As a Customer Order Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer service data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a key role in optimizing service processes, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the development of customer service strategies.

What will you do:
• Process, administrate and co-ordinate customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring they are delivered on time, to customer specification and within budget
• Interpret technical requirements, prepare and submit contract documentation as appropriate
• Liaise with customers regarding all elements of project including approvals, variation instructions, deliveries, site work, customer inspections and/or maintenance of ongoing framework contracts
• Manage customer Projects to Business and Customer requirements, liaising closely with supporting Tendering, Production and Sales teams
• Provide feedback to Team Manager on current performance
• Ensure Project performance is achieved thorough timely Contract Reviews.
• Ensure Risk is managed to business objectives, both Commercially and Technically.
• of all Projects
• Check the work in progress, through Review meetings, feedback any positive/negative deviations for next bid submission
• Analyze customer service data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline customer service operations
• Ensure departmental KPIs are met

What qualifications will make you successful:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience scheduling
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a customer service or support environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• SAP experience preferred
