This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:

As a product manager, you will be a critical part of the Product and Platform organization that owns feature development, prioritization, and launch for impactful new products. You will work with our customers, business stakeholders, Partners, UX, Engineering, Data and AI teams to define product features, set priorities and lead launches. Key responsibilities will include Authoring Epics, User stories, and technical functional documents; Driving development across Data, Engineering, Design, and UX in alignment with customer, business and Market requirements; diving into customer feedback, BI and other data to help prioritize and focus improvements and launches; help lead execution and delivery.

We are looking for a smart and innovative product manager who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, has experience in setting web product area strategies and roadmaps, has worked closely with Agile development teams, and can balance both business and technical demands. Success is measured through customer engagement, internal efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and delivery - in short you make a difference for our customers and our business!

Your role:


  • Develop deep domain expertise and partner closely with operational stakeholders to create technology-enabled solutions to support Ingram Micro's strategy.

  • Create and execute innovative and automated features and products that can scale globally.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams responsible for various aspects of B2B e-Commerce business, to maximize the impact of the solutions developed.

  • Translate data into information and insights with clear scenario analysis, business impact, risks that helps the business make strategic decisions and implement strategies with success.

  • Provide product leadership to Engineering, Business, UI/UX teams to help design and launch our next generation Platform ecosystem.

  • Produce sustainable capabilities that can be reused with minimal effort and provide comprehensive documentation and training for users.

  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap and regularly update key partners and stakeholders, working closely with senior stakeholders across Ingram Micro to ensure vision aligns with broader company objectives.

  • Work on multiple parallel work streams in fast-paced, agile environment, align them with business priorities & deadlines and help continuously raise the bar on execution.

What you bring to the role:


  • Direct hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail, and prioritize product requirements.

  • Experience developing and launching successful software products.

  • A bachelor's degree (master's desirable) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related Science and Math discipline is preferred.

  • 8+ years of relevant technical product management experience within a digital ecommerce, ideally within a B2B and B2B2C environment

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including using data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and drive root cause analysis.

  • Outstanding communication/presentation skills (verbal and written). Should have a high degree of comfort effectively presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams.

  • Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams.

  • Passion for quality and commitment to creating engaging, intuitive experiences.

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and growing product managers.

  • Ability to work with remote partners and team members via online tools across different time zones with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $121,400.00 - $206,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
