Your Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee costing analysis and project management, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost control, and timely completion of projects within allocated resources.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis for products manufactured and processes utilized, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement to support overall cost reduction strategies.
  • Align with local and global KPIs, implementing actions for production optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the IE department to meet plant priorities and ensure on-time capital deployment and new product industrialization.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and lead plant-wide problem resolution.
  • Ensure alignment with plant manager goals and promote effective communication and adherence to company policies.
  • Emphasize adherence to regulations, safe work practices, environmental guidelines, and quality standards, promoting a Lean concept.

Your Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in related positions in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and engineering software tools for process optimization and improvement.
  • Experience creating and managing departmental and plant budget.

Preferred:


  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management Professional.
