Salary Range - $65,000 to $81,000

What you will do

• Work directly with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage your own account load


• Develop and maintain relationships with area attorneys, brokers, and centers of influence for business referrals


• Provide continuing education seminars to attorneys, brokers, CPAs and other COIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required


• Minimum of 5 years of real estate, escrow, or title experience


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


• Highly proficient per Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
