Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Tool Room Polisher located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Reporting to the Tooling Manager, the Tool Room Polisher role involves being responsible for producing manufacturing, tooling, special production parts, and development models requiring high degree of accuracy and precision. 

What a typical day looks like:

• Comply with ISO 9001 standards


• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the department


• Communicate with the department manager on the status of jobs


• Understand and maintain Shut-off areas


• Understand all the polishing techniques like A-3, A-2 finishes


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5 years minimum related experience


• Ability to read drawings


• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.


• Ability to follow oral or written instructions.
