Working within the framework of Vista Prairie Communities' values of Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship, the role of the Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of the community on a day-to-day basis. Establishes and maintains a professional, trained, and motivated staff within the current budget and state and federal guidelines. Responsible for the leadership of staff to achieve goals in all areas, including marketing, resident care, culinary services, activities, maintenance, and community relations.
