Senior Facilitator with Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) or ASCP certification for the Jacksonville, Florida market. 60% travel required.


Enhances learner experiences by ensuring environments are conducive to learning. Engages subject-matter experts to develop practical application scenarios. Guides associate performance and behavior during courses. Gathers feedback and reviews results. Researches, compiles, and analyzes data to recommend learning program and operational process enhancements. Remains current on course materials and facilitation best practices. Implements program improvements to course content to ensure learning objectives are met. Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of training equipment and resources.


Provides and supports the implementation of training solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. Identifies training needs. Monitors progress and results. Recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities. Adapts to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.


Delivers skills-based competency in the laboratory space. Develops content and courses by applying adult learning techniques and blended delivery methods. Rehearses course content prior to delivery. Communicates policies, guidelines, company expectations, and culture. Observes participant engagement during courses. Answers questions related to course content and concept application. Gathers feedback on courses.


Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity. Uses the Open Door Policy.


Delivers cross-training to assist with primary care skills competency and training. Develops and implements plans, practices, and processes to achieve organizational goals.


Develops contingency plans to manage or eliminate potential problems. Identifies and recommends ways to continually improve and streamline processes and practices via training . Develops and presents logical, convincing reasons in support of perspectives and initiatives. Proactively shares relevant information and timely updates with appropriate stakeholders. Listens and asks questions to ensure understanding. Researches information for and prepares documents and presentations that effectively convey relevant information in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology or related area.
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification or equivalent.
2 years' experience working in a clinical laboratory, point of care laboratory, or clinical laboratory science.
3 years' experience in training and development.
