What you will be doing:  



  • Ensure successful daily end user operations by responding to incidents, troubleshooting hardware issues, performing diagnostic testing, and resolving hardware inquiries 

  • Accurately document support issues, activities and/or resolutions and communicate user feedback to managers and IT team members 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT procedures by identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing best practices, and updating documentation as necessary 

  • Assisting IT Support team with research and special projects  

  • Organize and maintain IT resources 

  • Must be able to lift a least 20 lbs. 

  • Create a positive, satisfying customer support experience. 


What we need from you:



  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a 4-year college or university business program, preferably with a concentration in Computer Science. 

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0  

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  

  • Must have analytical and communication skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint) is required. 

  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
