What you will enjoy doing*


  • In this role, you will coordinate with subcontractors to maintain and coordinate safety and QA practices and assist the site manager in preparation of schedules for subcontractors

  • Further, you will assist the site manager with planning and coordination of subcontractors, as well with monitoring and coordinating the execution of all field activities by a subcontractor

  • Additionally, you will have overall liaison of material management by a subcontractor

  • You will offer suggestions and proven construction techniques to a subcontractor

  • Furthermore, you will report subcontractor activities and problems to the site manager

  • Work with the QA manager in mitigating QA issues is part of this role

  • Also, you will assist with management of subcontractors as they apply to overall construction and the construction assistant / engineer in researching problems and errors

  • Participation in project meetings is required

  • Moreover, you must follow LPP safety policies and procedures as outlined in the safety manual


What makes you great


  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Eight (8) or more years experience as a superintendent on a construction project is required

  • You possess a broad understanding of each construction discipline and have effective leadership skills

  • Further, you have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company

  • In addition, you own effective analytical and problem-solving skills
