From nuts and bolts to widgets and gadgets, your expertise will shine as you assemble products and troubleshoot machines with precision. Job Duties:

• Assemble assigned product parts according to production guidelines
• Keep assembly materials and tools well-stocked and ready for action
• Conduct spot checks to maintain top-notch quality
• Report any hiccups with quality, equipment, or materials to supervisors
• Keep your workspace tidy and organized
• Step up to coordinate job assignments when needed
• Embrace the power of powered industrial equipment (if trained)
• Document everything with meticulous accuracy
• Keep the workplace spick and span following 5S standards
• Champion safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
• Be a versatile team player, taking on any additional duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Thrive under general supervision
• Tackle moderately complex issues like a pro, knowing when to escalate
• Possess a solid working knowledge of assembly techniques
• Rock at least 5 years of experience in the field
• Ready to offer leadership, coaching, and mentorship when the moment calls

Competencies/Skills:

• Master the art of interpreting work instructions
• Follow written and verbal directions like a boss
• Communicate with finesse, both verbally and in writing
• Showcase your impressive manual dexterity
