Territory Manager - Portsmouth, NH at PPG INDUSTRIES INC

Job Description:

As a Territory Manager at PPG supporting The Home Depot, you will cultivate and execute sales plans and selling PPG products through several of the Home Depot stores. Primary end-use customers will include multi-family maintenance, facilities maintenance, residential repaint, hospitality and government.

You will be assigned Pro Managed Accounts within a territory and have responsibility for organic growth and new customer acquisition and development. You will work in hybrid role in the Portsmouth, NH territory and report to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Travel to multiple THD stores to provide excellent customer service to achieve high levels of efficiency within their business.

  • Increase existing customer share to meet sales expectations and build relationships with new customers.

  • Analyze territory sales performance reports and partner with other sales professionals to develop strategic plans to increase growth.



Qualifications:

  • High School graduate with at least one year of sales or retail experience.

  • Store operations, inventory management and merchandising experience highly sought after.

  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week Monday-Friday and lift up to 65 pounds on a periodic basis.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
