Position is responsible for running production in the mass finishing area, CNC Department, Secondary Department and measuring quality of work they perform. Also capable of operating all zinc die cast machines during lunches and during absenteeism of zinc die cast employee.
Responsibilities:
Operator One or more trim presses in a safe, manual, semi-automatic, or automatic mode.
Produce quality parts at desired production rates with little scrap.
Train on common die cast defects.
Knowledge of how to move product and able to operate a walkie lift.
Must comply with all safety practices and procedures.
Remain on feet for entire shift
Perform repetitive motions on a daily basis without fatigue
Handle containers of product up to forty pounds consistently
