Compensation: $58,000 - $79,750 (depending on experience)

Overview

We are looking for an energetic Administrative Business Partner to deliver support and be a resource for our Leadership Team. This position will play a vital role within our company ensuring day to day management of calendars, schedules, streamlined activities and be a trusted partner to elevate our leaders. To be successful in the role, you will need to effectively communicate with internal and external constituents, operate in a fast-paced environment with efficient autonomy, multi-task, be organized and pivot throughout the day. Maintain confidential matters with appropriate discretion and support a good standing in the community, sustainable operations, and adhere to and uphold all company policies, safety standards and federal / state regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Prepare and support daily activities, proactively providing necessary materials, such as power point presentations and documents; works closely and effectively with assigned leader(s) to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and providing appropriate updates.
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the leader schedules and travel arrangements are followed and respected while providing win-win solutions for access to leader(s) time.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Build rapport to effectively bridge communication between assigned leader(s) and others within the organization and externally, operating with tact, able to maintain confidence as necessary.
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach providing content creation for presentations and correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office, delivering high quality outputs.
  • Manage, track, submit, and reconcile expenses and credit card statements.
  • Responsible for meeting logistics and coordination including technology, presentation, preparation and distribution of meeting materials, preparation of meeting spaces, and coordination of catering services.
  • Ensures total awareness of administrative department initiatives and objectives, effectively serves as backup coverage for other administrative associates.
  • Organize retreats, conferences and other special events onsite or offsite as needed.
  • Visible advocate and steward of our Safety culture.
  • Achieves high performance goals and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other duties may be required and will be assigned as necessary.

Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma with at least 5+ years' experience supporting executives in a closely related field.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and commitment to comply with all applicable federal / state / industry compliance, record keeping, regulations and standards.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong strategic problem-solving skills with ability to function in a fast-paced and evolving business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Strong Interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, while building rapport with team members. across functions/operating units and influencing at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites with accurate data entry skills.
  • Due to the nature of this position, it is essential that the teammate be available to report to the designated work site / office and be ready to begin work when scheduled,
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening which may include a physical, background check, and drug screen.

Occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) lbs. independently and tolerate moderate noise levels.
