Member Relationship Specialist - Live Oak FHC at Credit Human

Job Description:

We are seeking a Member Relationship Specialist for the Live Oak Financial Health Center.


This level of work uses good, individual judgment, analysis, and decision-making in assessing & overcoming obstacles to produce outputs. Accumulating data from which to draw conclusions, listening to evaluate and determine needs. It involves dealing one-by-one with concrete situations as they arise and diagnosing a problem from a multi-factor model. Offering an optimal solution taking into consideration multiple variables to enable additional opportunities to be realized while also considering immediate cause and effect impacts and associated impacts of up to 6 to 9 months in length.


Manage meaningful member relationships and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the interaction, experience, and execution of transactions. Making situational response decisions to schedule and prioritize actions. Foreseeing developing issues based upon observations and taking action to eliminate or reduce their negative impact or maximize their positive impact. The objectives include effective coordination, collective improvement, and efficiency to improve current processes. The theme of the work is service.

Experience:

  • 3 years of face-to-face interaction experience



    Education:


        Required



    • High School Diploma or Equivalent


        Preferred



    • Baccalaureate degree desired

        Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, until 6:30 pm on Friday, Saturdays 8:30 - 12:30.
