Logistics Systems Manager at Schneider Electric USA, Inc

Job Description:

What will you do?

- Build, develop and lead a future ready Logistics Solution Business Process Referents, Systems and Data Experts. Drive performance through AI, RPA automation, solutions (process, systems and data) optimization and standardization.
Further leverage SE Digital and GSC Support Teams to gain efficiencies and increase e2e coverage, address system gaps and inefficiencies. Establishing a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion and well-being.
- Partner with GSC ERP and SE Digital teams to prepare the logistics domain for future S4 and Manhattan WMS/TMS conversions. Prepare, support and lead testing, training, cut over and hyper-care deliverables within the Logistics scope.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Performance to implement AI and RPA to automate manual extracts, idoc failures and ERP gaps.
- Integrate, optimize and govern regional WMS run state (Manhattan, Oracle and S4) to enable DC automaton, improve quality and operational efficiency. Maintain WMS master data accuracy and partner with ERP Master Data teams to establish robust data governance (including KPIs and data quality checks) Material Master, Inventory and Transportation.

- Lead solution communications and work closely with Logistics sponsors and stakeholders on Change Management planning to ensure changes are adopted and benefits realized. Apply the appropriate risk management to ensure business continuity is maintained throughout the deployments.

- Support Customer Delivery, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain Performance, PMO and Schneider Digital on project planning and expert resource staffing requirements to deliver (design, train test, deploy and support) systems enhancements, integration, new technologies, automation, digital tools, monitoring and master data accuracy.

- Collaborate with SE Digital on a RACI for all Logistics systems and technology support , clearly define and communicate service agreements, issue resolution processes, root cause analysis for system related issues and corrective actions.

-With SE Digital Technology partners support hardware and technology integration (Automation, RF, Printing, Material Handling...) and ensure compliance with global supplier standards and cyber security protocols.

-Collaborate with global Logistics and Supply Chain peers to share and copy best practices Represent NAM on global systems and technology communities including Titan S4, Manhattan, Oracle and GSC Information Systems (GSC.IS)

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent field
• 10+ years of experience with ERP and Supply Chain Systems.
• Experience with 3PL and ERP solution integration including idocs, interface and EDI
• Familiar with Logistics and Transportation processes, APICS Certification preferred
• Able to deliver automated solutions (AI and RPI experience and exposure)
• Experienced in Agile IT Project Management with strong priority and task management
• Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively (using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods)
• Capable of leading and developing a "high performance" team of solution experts
• Able to facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement to supply chain and logistics processes that enhance, standardize, simplify and digitize
• Have a passion for development with a focus on talent development and digital competencies
• Self-directed, proactive and able to work directly with stakeholders, peers and end users to find opportunities for improvement, solve complex issues and remove operational constraints.
• Able to travel between the US and Mexico
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
