Fred Beans is currently looking to hire a Inventory Control Clerk to work within our Ford Accounting Department!

This position will be full time, 40 hours per week. Flex scheduling is available. Accounting Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM until 5:00PM.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

Process Accounting for Dealer Trades
Enter New Vehicle Invoices into Accounting system
Reconcile monthly physical inventories
Clean and Maintain Accounting Schedule
Post Monthly Statements

Process used vehicle wholesale

Cutting Check and entering used vehicle purchases

Code Checks for bid sales
